Social Media Coordinator

We are a Residential Development Firm located in Orange County, CA.  We recently filmed a pilot for HGTV and are expecting exponential growth in the near future.  What we need help with right now... social media!

We are currently seeking a SOCIAL MEDIA GURU to help take our social media to the next level.  We have done "ok" up until now but managing social media accounts is a lot of work and we know there is more we can do.  

More than someone that just posts on behalf of our company, we are looking for someone to OWN these accounts and take control of the photography, storylines, monetization, and look/feel. 

Primary Tasks: 

1. Determine the purpose served by each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, Houzz, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and create a strategy for each.

2. Generate Income from applicable platforms.

3. Daily photography and management of online database of content/photos.

4. Collaborate with team (Design, E-Commerce, Client Relations) to write compelling stories.  

5. Gathering and analysis of data to track progress, success, and pitfalls.
